All htattoo appointments require a booking fee to secure your booking.

Booking fees are non-refundable as they cover the design preparation time prior to your booking date.

Appointments can be rescheduled and a valid booking fee retained under the following conditions:

-minimum 24hrs notice for appointments under 3hrs in length
-minimum 48hrs notice for half or full day appointments

If insufficient notice of rescheduling is given, then booking fee will be voided and you will need to pay another to rebook.

You must be over the age of 18 to be tattooed, and must produce government issued photo ID as proof of age on the day of your appointment.
